There are some textbooks that are not available for purchase as the publishers have yet to provide an update on the pricelist. Please kindly check back on the website again in December for an update.

How do I make payment via PayNow or PayLah?2020-11-23T08:10:42+00:00

To send payment via PayNow or PayLah, send the monies to UEN No. 200804007H. Alternatively, scan the QR code below. Payment must be received within 2 hours for the order to be confirmed. After the payment is done, please send an email to contactus@languagetrading.com.sg with the Payment Reference No., Order No., Name, and Contact Details. We will reply with a confirmation via email once all the details and payments are verified.

A flat delivery fee of S$10 will be chargeable per location. If you have opted for pick-up at the school book stores, there is no charge involved,

What happens if books / stationaries I ordered have defects on them?2020-11-23T08:14:31+00:00

If the books or stationeries are defective, please kindly contact the school book store to arrange for an exchange.

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?2020-11-23T13:32:58+00:00

To cancel an order, please send a WhatsApp message to +65 8435 9629 within 24 hours after your order has been confirmed. Only upon confirmation from Language Trading, then is the order considered cancelled.

Can I do a refund to my order?2020-11-23T13:35:39+00:00

A refund is possible and it can only be done at the bookstore. Refund will be allowed only if the textbooks/stationeries are in good condition.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?2020-11-23T13:38:34+00:00

The order will be delivered between 3-5 working days. On the day of the delivery, we will make a call to you first to ensure that you are home to receive the order. Delivery will be postponed if no one picks up the call to confirm the delivery. A new date for delivery will be rearranged again.
